Healthy first, pretty second
Your natural lashes and your skin barrier set the limits. If what you’re asking for would damage either one, I’ll say so and we’ll find something that gets you close.
Meet Jennifer
I’m a licensed medical esthetician, former elementary school teacher, and the person who will absolutely explain what’s happening with your lashes and skin while you’re on my table.

The path here
I spent my first years in Orlando and grew up in Grand Junction, a lot of it on a dance team, where stage lashes and more hairspray than I care to admit were part of the uniform. I stayed in Junction for my education degree at Colorado Mesa and loved Colorado too much to leave. Before aesthetics, I taught elementary school. Fifth grade was my favorite.
In 2020 I traded lesson plans for lash maps and enrolled at the School of Botanical & Medical Aesthetics here in Denver. Six hundred hours of skin science and hands-on training later, I graduated and passed my state boards.
Since then it’s been lash extensions, corrective skin care, and facial waxing out of my own studio in the Denver Tech Center. Clients drive in from Denver, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial, and the goal is always the same: helping you feel more at home in the face you already have.
The teacher in me never really left. When you’re on my table, you’re going to learn things. I want you walking out understanding your lashes and your skin, not just booking a fill every three weeks because I said so.
When I’m not at the studio, you’ll find me on a paddleboard, halfway through a book, or hanging with my husband and our goldendoodle, Darcy, whose lashes are naturally flawless and completely wasted on a dog.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident every time you visit my studio. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach all of your beauty goals.

One thing I won’t budge on: healthy lashes and healthy skin come first.

What appointments feel like
Honest answers, a quiet room with just the two of us, and nobody talking you into a look that’s wrong for your lashes or your skin.
Your natural lashes and your skin barrier set the limits. If what you’re asking for would damage either one, I’ll say so and we’ll find something that gets you close.
Ask me anything, seriously. Once you understand what I did and why, the aftercare stops feeling like homework and your results last longer.
Your eye shape, your lash cycle, your skin, and how much time you really have in the morning. I listen first, then build.
The studio
Blink & Slay Beauty is a private, by-appointment studio. It’s intentionally cozy, quiet, and one-on-one, so the focus stays on your service.
Quiet is relative, though. There’s usually something playing: 2000s throwbacks, Post Malone, instrumental covers, the occasional true crime podcast. If you’d rather listen to something else, just say the word. It’s your appointment.
